I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. the location was very convenient as it's situated next to the bus stop, making it easy to explore the city. Secondly, the hotel is in a quiet area, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. Lastly, the staff were extremely helpful and attentive, ensuring that everything was taken care of.

Staff were excellent. Really helpful and although you are a fair way from the city centre they receptionist went though in detail how to get to there on public transport. Good clean rooms and free wifi.

Lastly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with attention to detail and basic amenities provided. I particularly enjoyed the spa bath in my room, which was a lovely touch.

Although in a busy suburb of Hamburg, it was quiet and there was parking. There is a lift and a good breakfast is available. Room was spacious and well appointed. Also not too far (short taxi ride) to airport.

No real complaints. As often is the case, there is no restaurant for evening meals but quite a few places can be reached on foot, so not a major problem.

The room was modern and clean, and the staff was very helpful with their self-check-in system. the parking on site was great, and it was lovely finding everything ready when we arrived with a cot set up and waiting.

there was no fridge for us to use, which made it difficult to store baby items.

During my Easter trip, I had a great time at this hotel. The breakfast was amazing, offering a wide variety of dishes. , the staff was very kind and helpful, always willing to assist me. The hotel is located near public transportation, which made it very easy to move around the city and explore new areas.

The walls of the rooms were thin, and I could hear noises coming from other rooms. , the bed was a bit too hard for my taste, causing some discomfort during the night.
